Collaborated with IoT leaders to identify strategy gaps and design seamless, interoperable experiences. Defined a unified navigation system for cross-platform IoT adoption. Launched the UX Metrics Program to improve Ease of Use across the organization. In the Connected Care health space, I helped define use case priorities for Remote Patient Monitoring and Medical Device Management (MDM), designed the MDM Proof-of-Concept experience, and led AI integration efforts with captured data.
Notable projects include the Industrial IoT Unified Navigation and UX Metrics program (featuring Amazon Q for deeper insights), facilitating cross-functional product integrations across multiple IoT services and comprehensive insights of console usability, for efficient decision making.

A notable project was the SAP Deployment Wizard, which streamlined the migration of SAP workloads from on-premises to AWS, cutting deployment time from months to hours.135 new customers within 3 months, and over 80% customers saving their workflow templates for future use— a major win!
Another significant project was the AWS Microservice Extractor for .Net . My team received a patent award for 'Isolated code detection from application code analysis,' and I independently led the design for the patented data visualization.
